St. Valentine's dinner at the Monastero di Torba - A romantic dinner between art, beauty and history -

If you are looking for an original idea to celebrate St. Valentines's day in a very romantic atmosphere, the Monastero di Torba in Gornate Olona is the right place!
It' s full of history and it's located between the woods of Varese, on the Banks of the Olona River. It was military outpost, then monastery of benedectin nuns in the VIIth Century.
FAI (Fondo per l' Ambiente Italiano) organizes here a special event to celebrate St. Valentine's day: at 8.30 pm free visit at the Monastero, that will be open for the occasion and at 9.00 pm special dinner proposed by "Il Refettorio" restaurant, in the monastic complex.
It will be a pleasant way to spend the evening with the loved person, eating delicious dishes in a romantic and suggestive place.
Ladies will receive a floreal gift.
